OUR POLICY

  • In keeping with our understanding of sustainability, we carry out our training courses to raise awareness among our employees, to contribute to their development and to ensure that they are actively involved in every phase.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY

  • We assess the environmental impact and the extent of our activities within the framework of legal regulations and work to minimize our impact.
  • We carry out assessments at the purchasing stage to reduce our waste at source.
  • We separate our waste according to its groups and hazard classes in the most efficient way. We deliver our waste according to its class to licensed companies.
  • We want to reduce the amount of waste.
  • We use hazardous materials and chemicals only when/as needed.
  • We train our employees in waste separation, zero waste, etc. and raise awareness among our guests through events on these topics.
  • We carry out the infrastructure works necessary for the effective use of our natural resources and aim to reduce them by regularly tracking them.
  • We create awareness for the conscious use of our natural resources among our guests and employees.


OUR PURCHASING POLICY

  • We contribute to the protection of nature by choosing the materials we buy in our hotel with the labels “recycled” and “eco-friendly”.
  • We contribute to the local economy by supplying products/goods from local suppliers and try to reduce our carbon footprint. We strive to continuously increase the proportion of our local suppliers by following them.

OUR CHILD RIGHTS POLICY

  • There is no child labor in our hotel and we expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.
  • We provide environments/opportunities within the facility that contribute to the children's development, where they can freely express their thoughts, desires and feelings and where they feel free and comfortable.
  • We prioritize service in our presentation areas.
  • We provide awareness-raising trainings to our personnel on children's rights/abuse.
  • We try to raise awareness of the attitudes and behaviors of families towards their children and the signs of physical-verbal-psychological violence or neglect.
  • We make sure that children are under adult supervision in the activities they participate in.
  • In environments where we entrust children (mini clubs, etc.), we keep our eyes on them and hand them over to their parents.
  • We support projects related to the protection of children's rights.
  • When we witness suspicious behavior regarding children, we first inform the hotel management and ask for help from the Social Support Line when deemed necessary.
